My background
Over the years, I have worked for several large and leading companies in Scandinavia, and have led or participated in more than 15 organization re-design projects. I have also participated in process improvement projects and facilitated strategy development processes.
I have previously worked for Accenture, PA Consulting Group, and Aker Solutions. I now work as an independent consultant but also collaborate with other consultants from time to time.
I hold a master’s degree in psychology from McGill University and received my doctorate in management studies from Oxford University’s Said Business School.
In addition my client projects I spend quite a lot of time on developing new concepts, ideas and methods:

I have written a textbook that will be published by Pearson Education. Key topics are:
- Organizational complexity and its consequences
- Multidimensional organizational models
- Methods for defining and improving sub-unit interfaces
- The organization re-design process
