Who is this blog for?

This blog is intended for everybody who is interested in organization design. I will try to create content that is relevant for:

• Leaders of organizations (or of sub-units) who are contemplating how to make their organization more effective
• Consultants (including internal consultants) who plan and faciltiate organization re-design processes and who are looking for ideas regarding tools and frameworks
• Students and business professors who are interested in new trends and ideas in this field.
